HU-MS²’s mission is to provide a sound foundation in all academic subjects, with a concentration in mathematics and science, while nurturing the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of every scholar. Academic rigor and whole-child development are treated as inseparable.

Scholar voice matters
Junior Bison collaborate with outside partners to shape how our school can improve. Scholars have worked with the Partnership for DC School Excellence to build a strategy for making HU-MS² an inviting place for all scholars.
