Restorative justice at HU-MS².
HU-MS² uses a restorative approach to conflict resolution and discipline, treating misconduct — academic or behavioral — as an opportunity for reflection, repair, and growth rather than punishment alone. This approach is embedded in our IB Inclusion Policy and in how our advisory/homeroom program and school counseling team support scholars. Restorative justice efforts are led by our Dean of Student Culture and supported by our grade-level assistant deans and social workers.
