– Dental Insurance: 100% of premiums paid by the employer.

– Life Insurance: $50,000 coverage for each employee at no cost.

– 401K Plan: Up to 6% employer match for participants.

HU-MS2 Benefits. These are benefits specific to HU-MS2 and typically are not offered at other schools.

– Transportation Stipend: $100 provided to each employee each month.

– Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $250 for eligible employees.

– Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle bus to the Shaw Howard University Metro.

– Holiday Schedule: Most federal holidays are extended to 4-day weekends.

– Wellness Wednesdays: The third Wednesday of each month is a half-day for staff to focus on well-being.
